HCM Clinic: Sunday 9am - 3pm. We are hosting an HCM Clinic conducted by Dr Jerry Woodfield, Board Certified Cardiologist, for $150 per cat with a limit of 30 cats. Complete the HCM Screening Form (below) and return to Paula McCann a.s.a.p.! See the HCM Flyer (below) for more details.

There will be “limited” food available for purchase at the Tukwila Community Center - coffee, tea,
juices, pop and water, along with freshly made pastries each morning.
So, we have made arrangements with Quiznos to deliver tasty boxed lunches to the show hall. However,
you will need to pre-order and pre-pay for these boxed lunches. This form and payment must be attached to the Summary Sheet and provided to the Entry Clerk no later than Friday, May 14, 2010.
